Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Anyone familiar with Madrid will know Gran Via forms the backbone of the city and this apartment gives you a prime position on this most famous of streets. For a thoroughfare so associated with glamour, it's only fitting that this home is rather chic itself. Every furnishing looks to have been carefully selected for maximum impact — from the eye-catching light fixture to the marble dining table — with a loose monochrome theme linking them all together. This is most obviously seen with the Breton stripes above the sleek kitchen and in the equally modern bathrooms. Aside from getting to know the shops, theatres and restaurants along the street directly outside, Plaza de España is only three minutes' walk away, while the Royal Palace and its surrounding gardens take ten.
